【Abstract】Because DNA sequences subsis in nature，it is a discovery not a innovation for you to find them，so it is no satisfied with the condition for a patent。Thus，people begin to probe into the possibility of copyright protection for DNA sequences。This article try to discuss this problem from the subject of copyright、 original and computer program aspects。
